Payment system: fair pricing meets flexibility
Premium Merchant Banking services are Payment Card Industry Secure and offer the highest level of service and support. You receive an organization merchant account, automatic direct deposit of funds within 48 hours, competitive rates with free customer support.
- * American Express may be processed directly through American Express. Transactions will be deposited directly by American Express, less the contracted American Express Discount Rate and fees. Click and Pledge will assess a 2% discount and $.35 per item in addition to the American Express contracted fees. Click & Pledge fees will be collected monthly, in arrears, by the processor according to the merchant services agreement. This clause applies to American Express ONLY.
- ** Non-Qualified Transactions: Visa & MasterCard may add additional fees for affinity and cards which earn points. These cards are referred to as non-qualified cards and typically have 1% surcharge associated with them. The fees are not being charged by Click & Pledge and we have no control over which cards will be charged as a non-qualified card.
Global Accounts:
- Global account is ideal for organizations that wish to settle their payments in non-US banks. For a list of qualified countries please visit: Qualified countries
- Default currencies are Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, and US Dollar. The Trio system handles any currency our partner banks offer so if you wish to accept donations in any other currency please let us know.

Email service is available at $10/month or $110/year: Includes 5 emails + 5 aliases. Combined storage of 1 GB. Additional 1 GB storage is available at $5/month. Email includes spam and anti-virus protection. Additional features: Secure webmail, calendaring, tasks, contacts, and push synchronization (SyncML) for Blackberry, iPhone, Windows Mobile and Thunderbird Lightning.
