Embedded Forms
The family of Rich Internet Applications (RIA) based on Adobe Flash & Microsoft Silverlight offer a flexible and modular add-on to a web site for accepting payments directly through a site. These forms require customization of several XML files for set up. In Summary the forms offer:
- Donation to multiple accounts: Organizations may have several accounts with Click & Pledge and a single form provides an easy way for patrons to donate to individual accounts. For example a foundation account where donations are tax deductible and a PAC account where donations are not tax deductible
- Selling of products with no options, multiple options or cascading options.
- Addition of convenience fee
- Terms & Conditions: Option to add terms & conditions to one account and not to another account.
- Radio or open field donations: Radio button options as well open donation fields may be added to the form. Open donation field provides a group of text fields where a patron may donate to multiple causes with one transaction.
- Subscription to newsletter (integration with Constant Contact & Mail Chimp)
- Integration with Salesforce CRM
- Integration with Twitter (Auto-Post of a custom message to a twitter account)
The following forms provide various examples of each form. Use test credit card numbers to test each form. ClickIts forms are free but require free activation of the API services. Contact support to enable API.
NOTE: All forms require a secure site before they appear on a page. Securing a site is easy and may be done through the website's hosting company.

Adobe Flash Multi-Form
The Multi-Form is a modular form customizable through various XML files. It provides optional product, donation, recurring donations, enewsletter subscription, terms & conditions, and custom questions. It is fully customizable for colors and format. [read more]
Form 002: Multiple Account
Form 002 is a single column form allowing for up to six custom questions as well as terms & conditions. All aspects of the page, including field labels, error messages, and colors are customizable through an XML file. [read more]

Form 002 may be used with open recurring options as well as radio button donation fields. These options are available for single and multiple accounts (up to 6 accounts). [read more]
