Real-Time Receipt

Receipts are emailed in "real-time" to the patron as well as the organization upon payment authorization. The following receive a copy of the receipt in "real-time"

• Patron
• Organization primary receipt list
• Checkout page receipt list
• Product / donation receipt list

Based on the items selected in a basket or the checkout page used the notification list set for the item will receive a copy of the receipt. The system will perform a uniqueness test on each email to make sure the same recipient does not receive the same email more than once regardless of how many places his/her email address has been listed.

Each receipt provides detail information about the payment, including complete patron's information, items purchased, etc..

The sample provided in this example is a simple donation with no other options selected. The receipt is an HTML email with a PDF attachment of the same receipt designed for easy printing.

The sample provided in this example is a simple donation with recurring payment as well as answers to 2 custom questions, namely the employer and occupation (fully customizable). The receipt also shows a copy of the terms & conditions that the patron accepted prior to making the donation.

Each receipt provides detail information about the payment, including complete patron's information, items purchased, etc..

The sample provided in this example is from a catalog page with products & options. The patron had selected multiple items with tax, discount, and shipping. All information is provided in the receipt.
