Single Page Shopping Basket
The Single Page Form offers a flexible and modular system for our clients to accept donations, sell items, offer newsletter subscriptions, collect additional information from their patrons. The forms may be customized through a number of XML files.

Accounts
Up to six accounts may be used with one form. Accounts may be set up as tax deductible or non-tax deductible and donations will be reported as identified by the selected account. Example 1 illustrates this feature with 3 accounts.

Item Listings (Purchase)
Product listing offers the following features:
- PIctures or text description in place of the picture
- Single or multi-level options
- Pricing based on options
- eTicket option [will be available soon- not part of the first release]
- Additional convenience fee option
- Tax deductible portion listing
- Additional description shown through the Details link.
- Fully customizable column, and section text. Every text on the page is customizable through the GUI.xml

Donations
Donations may be offered in either of the two formats, namely Listed or Open options. An optional progress bar provides a visual indicator of the money raised through the page.
Listed format
The listed option is in radio format with an additional text format.

Open format
The open option is in open text field format. Default values may be assigned to each field. An optional open field is also available where the payment name may be entered by the patron at the time of payment.

Recurring Payments
Payments may be made as a recurring payment. Two recurring options are available, namely the Open ended and listed format.
Open Option
The following is the open ended format where the patron may choose among the available options. The available options are:
- Until I contact you: Indefinite options where payments will be made base on the selected interval until the card expires.
- Until a set date: The day/month/year may be set where no payment will be made after the set date (e.g. election day)
- Until a chosen date: The month and year pull down menu is customizable.

Listed Option
The patron has the option to select the period and state the number of payments to be made. For example:
- Pay $20 every Month for 20 periods
All text and options are customizable.

eNewsletter Subscription
Through integration with Constant Contact & MailChimp mailing list subscription option may be provided as an option. Unlimited email lists may be added to the form. Both providers may be mixed in the same form.

Billing Address
The billing address offers flexibility with the country & state listing. With customizable text for each field the form may be customized to list only the desired countries & states. the state field has the option to be in a pull down menu with a set number of states. The template file for all countries and US states is available.

Shipping Address
Optional shipping address may be added to the form. Country and state listing follows the same options as offered in the billing address section.

Billing Summary
Summary of transaction & payment option is shown in one panel. Accepted cards are customizable and only the desired cards will be shown in the form. If payments include the convenience fee or if any portion of the payment is tax deductible they will be shown in the summary section.

Terms & Conditions
Optional terms & conditions may be listed. All text is customizable and the conditions may be set to mandatory or optional. If mandatory the patron has to accept the terms prior to making the payment.
